300th MI Brigade (L) Language Conference 2016
On 5-6 March, 2016, the 300th Military Intelligence Brigade (Linguist) hosted its 27th Annual Language Conference at the Brigade’s complex and conference center in Draper, UT. The theme “Speak the Culture” had presentations and workshops by professional language and culture educators and subject matter experts. Some of the topics included:

In addition, there were break out sessions on various topics about language and culture studies, programs and support. COL Gregory Hadfield, Commander, 300th MIB (L) presented the Language Professional and Command Language Program of the Year awards during the opening session Saturday morning.
There were also display tables in the exhibit hall for conference attendees hosted by Alta, Inlingua,
ICI LangPro, H2H, University of Utah Vets, NRCSA, Concordia, GPS, Findlay, Transparent Languages CL150, BBK, SCOLA, Rosetta Stone, Berlitz, RIC-AAU, RLSP and SDL.
